Wardrobe Change

(Sweater: OldNavy, Dress: via Ross, Flats: Target)

Saturday I spent the afternoon and evening at a close friend's wedding. It was a great day and I got to drive up the Estes Park with my best friend Whitney. I was super excited to wear this dress since it was still summer and the wedding was in the mountains. Everything was great until I...

Fell in the creek!
Yep, that's right! Me and my clumsy self slipped while I was next to the creek. Don't worry I am ok! I though it was a good idea to see how cold the water was while wearing flats and walking down a slope! And in the picture I am holding my shoe!

Here is my backup outfit (that I was so happy that I had). The skirt is actually a dress, which is too short. I just added a shirt and a belt to finish it off.

(Shirt: H&M, Skirt: ModCloth, Sweater: Merona via Target, Flats: Old Navy, Belt: F21)

  1. Oh my!! I can't believe you fell in. Makes for quite a story! Your first dress is gorgeous, and the second outfit is great to. That dress looks perfect as a skirt.

  3. WOW! That might be the funniest thing that I have ever heard. Only because you are okay. If something had hurt you it would be sad, but you're okay, so still funny :) You are so smart for packing an extra outfit. I would have never thought of that. Also, both outfits are cute :)
