How was your weekend? Mine was spent doing wedding stuff (like every weekend so far and every weekend in the future), filled with yummy food, and relaxing with Matt. Since the beginning of the year, Matt and I have been eating more healthy and working out a lot more. I have been looking for new healthier recipes that are easy but also delicious. This weekend we tried slow cooker chicken (it shreds great) that I found on Pinterest. They were super yummy and makes a ton of food. So Saturday we had tacos and Sunday I used the chicken on homemade pizza. Now I just need a recipe for tonight where I can use that chicken. Any ideas?

Today I am participating in Two Birds Inspiration Monday! Love Taylor Swift's laid back style this week. Perfect for weekend errands!

  1. You could do Thai Green curry- that's great with chicken! Very easy to do, just bung some paste in with some oil, then add coconut milk and some veg of your choice plus the chicken. Serve with rice or vermicelli! I'm forgetting I'm here to comment on the outfit! Ooooooooh the HAT is such a pretty colour- it makes me think of summer skies! I like your take on this- very stylish boots!

  10. I always admire casual looks...I never buy anything casual and then when it's time to be casual I have nothing! I really need more sweaters like this! Thanks for linking up and welcome to Thrifters Anonymous!!!
