So I have felt SUPER proud of myself lately. For the past 8 weeks, technically I am still on week 8, I have been doing an at-home workout called GSP Rushfit with Matt. It is a mix of everything from cardio to abs to balance. It was so hard at the beginning but I am better at it now. I have better results from these dvds than going to the gym everyday. And I am gaining a ton of muscle in place I didn't even know I had muscle. The only problem I am having right now is I am having a hard time completing week 8. I think I am just sick of doing the program 5 times a week.
My goal from now till Sunday is to complete the 3 workouts that I have left.
