Make Up Your Mind

(Shirt: via Ross, Leggings: Target, Flats: Target, Belt: Thrifted, Glasses: Kiosk)

I feel like the weather is having a hard time tranisition between summer and fall. The end of last week was cool and jacket weather but not the weekend. It was warm this weekend with the highs in the 80s. I am ready for those days of boots and long sleeved shirts. Looks like we will be in the 50s by the end of the week and I am super excited. But I might as well post some more summery looks since it hasn't been too cool here yet.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I got a lot of relaxing done and some chores since Matt was in school all weekend!

I Love to Nap!

(Shirt: SO via Kohl's, Pants: Thrifted, Shoes: Keen, Necklace: I made!)
During the summer, I wore similar clothes like this work because I can. For a weekend of running errands and just hanging out with Matt and Osc, this is a great outfit (minus my shirt getting caught on my belt loop). But you would think that since my weekend started today that I would be able to sleep in. Not the case! My brian just won't shut off in the morning and wakes me up at 4:30 AM. Yeah I know super early and then I can't fall back asleep because all I do is think. Sort of frustrating. On the agenda today is thrift shopping, going to the yarn store and then a good ol' nap on the couch. Not too bad for a Friday!

Wedding Planning, Part 4 (Shoes)

I have been trying to figure out what kind of shoes I want to wear at my wedding. It is going to be March and the chances that it is going to be cold is very likely. I think that flats are going to be my best bet on keeping my feet warm and dry (if there is snow around).

1. These Vera Wang flats are great, but does the back look too granny for a 25 year old?
2. Love the peep toe on these Dessy shoes. Not sure they would be good for a March wedding though.
3. A little out of my price range but these Badgley Mischka flats are super cute!
4. Simple ballet flats from Dessy look super comfy and dressy enough for a wedding.
5. I am in love with white TOMS especially because they have glitter on them and would look great under my wedding dress.

What do you think?

A Minute

(Shirt: Old Navy, Skirt: Thrifted, Flats: Target (not shown), Belt: Thrifted)

I finally have 5 minutes to get something written on here. It has been forever or maybe it just feels that way. Labor day weekend came and went with lots of camping, 4 wheeling, and s'mores. Now back to work with a ton on my plate. The weather has turned dreery for a couple of days now with rain and highs in the 60s. It is much relief to the 90s that we were having last weekend. I am ready for some fall outfits and some aspen leaves changing colors. I will be heading up to the mountains in a couple of weeks to see them! I LOVE FALL!!!!!

Spotlight on Oscar

Oscar!

I know you all have seen pictures of Oscar before. I just though that while I am out of town for the long weekend and out of everything service (that's right no tv, phone, internet, nothing) this weekend you could find out some things about my favorite pooch!

Here is 10 facts about him!
1. He is 2 years old even though he looks like an old man.
2. He is a Jack-a-Poo (which is a Jacke Russell and a Poodle mix).
3. He weighs a whopping 13 pounds and has to go on a diet!
4. He knows how to sit, shake, lay down and roll over even though he does a lay down roll over combo.
5. He is afraid of the vacuum and barks and tries to bite it.
6. He thinks he is a big dog, like most little dogs think, and tries to take on my parent's black lab.
7. He loves to sleep under the blankets at night and has to be touching me. He's a good snuggler!
8. He hates getting a bath or going into the water even though he is a very good swimmer! He won't even go out when it is raining.
9. He loves hiking and walks. He will get to be in the mountains all weekend.
10. He likes to sing with you even though he is howling.
I love his little paws!
