Pretty sure that Thursdays are my favorite day of the week because it is my last day of work for the week. That's right I get a 3 day weekend every weekend! As you can see by the background of these pictures, I was at work (see the map and intersection bad instersection drawing) when I had to take these with my phone. They are not the best quality but that is ok since I wasn't going home right after work to have Matt take some pictures.

Hopefully my workday will go fast so I can go spend time with my love and Oscar.

What I Like...Wednesday 7/13/11

Accessories is what it is about this week! I just ordered some jewelry from Forever 21 and I can't wait for it to get here. Here are some pieces I found that were great.

1. I am not a big purse or handbag girl. I haven't changed the purse I am using for almost 2 years now. But this clutch caught my eye. I really like the embroidery on it.

2. This feather necklace is great. I like that it is metal feather and not an actually feather. Plus it only cost $1.50.

3. These earring are super cute and would probably hang down and hit my shoulders.

4. I really love wedges right now even though I have a couple pairs and never wear them. These wedges are so different than the other pairs that I have.

5. The green wood planks are so cute on this necklace. It would be a great necklace to wear with a tee shirt and jeans to jazz it up the outfit a little.

6. These boots are great. They would be great for the fall and the winter. A good way to keep your toesey warm when it starts to get chilly out.

More Purple

I have noticed that ever since the season turned to summer I have worn a ton of purple. I just love the color right now. This morning I actually made sure that I did not wear purple even though I already had a purple cardigan ready to go. Maybe I should have chose purple as a wedding color instead of orange and green but then again I may be over the whole purple phase here in a couple weeks.

Is it bad that it is Tuesday and I am ready for the end of the week already? Hurry up Thursday!

Sick Day

I know that this is a little late but there is not enough hours in the day to post pics of what I wore that day. These outfit pictures are actually from last weekend when I wasn't feeling well and went home (see the pathetic look on my face and the fake smile). I didn't even get a whole day of work in while wearing this. But don't worry, this week has started off better. No sore throat or aches this week! 

How I Spent My Weekend

Friday I spent the day with my family at the lake! We skied, wakeboarded, tubed, and hung out in the sun. It was a lot of fun!

Saturday night we spent the night at the Joe Nichols and Craig Morgan concert. My cousin Logan went with us and we haven't seen her in like 10 years. It was fun even though it rained and then muggy and hot out.

I love me some Capri Sun! Sunday was spent at the lake again. The weather has been so hot here lately that it is nice to get out on the water and cool off. My parents weren't able to go with us to Jake, Matt and I packed up the boat and had some fun on the water. Only negative part of the whole day was the sunburn that I got on my back!
